1. Introduction

Welcome to RENTA ("the App" or "the Platform").

The app is operated and managed by Bar Oren ("RENTA", "the Company", "we" or "the Platform Operator").

Use of the app, websites, services, and all related services is subject to these Terms of Use.

Registering, logging in, or any other use of the app constitutes the user's confirmation that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional policy documents published on the app.

If you do not agree to one or more of these terms, you may not use RENTA's services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

RENTA is an online platform connecting people who wish to rent out items they own with people who wish to rent them for a limited period.

RENTA provides the technological infrastructure enabling, among other things:

• Publishing items for rent
• Searching for items
• Creating rental requests
• Communication between parties via the app's tools
• Creating a rental agreement between parties
• A ratings and reviews system
• Rental reports for reporting purposes
• Paid publishing plans, purchased as subscriptions via app stores

2a. Publishing Plans and Subscriptions

Opening a store is free and requires ID verification. Items are published under one of three plans: Starter (no monthly fee, first two items free, then a per-item listing fee), Advanced (₪19/month, up to 10 items), or Pro (₪29/month, unlimited items).

Paid plans are purchased as in-app subscriptions and billed via Google Play or App Store. RENTA does not collect payment and does not receive payment details. Cancellations and refunds are handled through the app store in accordance with its policy.

3. RENTA Is Not a Party to the Rental Transaction

RENTA serves as an intermediary platform only.

RENTA does not own the items, is not a renter, is not a seller, and is not a party to any rental agreement concluded between users.

Full responsibility for the item, its description, quality, legality, condition, availability, and the conduct of the parties in the rental transaction rests solely with the users.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, RENTA makes no warranty with respect to items or transactions carried out through the platform.

4. Definitions

• "Owner" — a user offering an item for rent via the platform
• "Renter" — a user requesting to rent an item
• "Item" — any product, equipment, or asset offered for rent via the app
• "Rental Transaction" — an agreement created between an owner and a renter via the platform
• "Deposit" — a credit card authorization on the renter's card intended to secure fulfillment of their obligations
• "User Account" — the personal account created in the app
