1. Free Cancellation at Any Time

A rental request or confirmed rental may be cancelled at any time, by either party, at no charge and with no penalty, up until the item is handed over.

2. No Cancellation Fees

RENTA does not charge cancellation fees and does not bill for cancellations. Since RENTA does not collect payment for rentals and does not hold funds, there is no refund for RENTA to issue.

3. Notifying the Other Party

The cancelling party must notify the other party as soon as possible via the platform's messaging system, to allow them to make alternative arrangements.

4. Payments Already Made Between Parties

If the parties have already transferred any payment prior to cancellation, its return is a matter solely between the parties. RENTA does not hold the funds and cannot return them.

5. Repeated Cancellations

Repeated cancellations may damage user trust. RENTA may restrict or block an account that abuses the platform, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

6. Monthly Listing Fees

Cancelling a rental does not affect the monthly listing fees for items from the third item onward. To stop billing, remove the item from your store.
